My name is João Claudio Cimurro, and my life has always been dedicated to high-performance sport. I began practising judo in 2005 and have been competing professionally since 2011.

Throughout my journey, I have been a multiple-time São Paulo State Champion, medallist at national competitions, and have represented Brazil in several countries as part of the Brazilian Junior National Judo Team.

Since 2012, alongside judo, I have immersed myself in the world of strength training and athletic conditioning as an athlete. This experience has provided me with the knowledge and practical expertise that enhanced my own performance and now form the foundation of my work.

At the age of 18, I had the opportunity to pursue any field within healthcare through an athletic scholarship. It was then that I chose to study Physical Education and discovered my life's purpose: transforming lives through exercise.

I graduated from one of Brazil's leading universities in the field and have continued to expand my expertise through specialised training in exercise programming, performance, and health. I currently live in Australia, where I work as a judo athlete representing the country, a personal trainer, an online fitness coach, a strength and conditioning coach for professional judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu athletes, and a judo instructor for film stunt performers.

Now, through my online training programme, I bring all of this experience together to help you achieve your goals with structured planning, advanced technology, and the dedicated support you deserve, regardless of your age or fitness level.
